The solicitation is for the procurement of custom surgical packs for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System. The contract is for one year with an indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The contract administration will be handled by the contracting officer. Payment will be made monthly, in arrears, following satisfactory performance and upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice. Invoices must be itemized and include the time period, description of services, unit cost, and extended amount due. The offeror must provide pricing for all line items, a description of how the items meet the government's needs, a letter of authorization if not the original manufacturer, a subcontracting plan, and a completed FAR **** form. The aggregate size of all submitted documents must not exceed 25 megabytes. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the government. Only email submissions will be considered.

The Village of Johnson is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to prepare an architectural and engineering document for a utility pole repair/replacement project. The project involves repairing or replacing a utility pole at the rear of the Union Bank property on the Gihon River. The pole is critical for providing electric power to various village facilities. The selected firm will also identify and assist with securing necessary permits (stream alteration and floodplain). The primary alternative is to rebuild the section of bank threatening the pole. Minor lateral relocations of the pole may be considered.
