This is a sources sought notice for the delivery and installation of dorm furniture at Beale AFB. Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement, specifications sheet, and any applicable GSA schedules by February 9, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. PDT. The contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed price award brand name.

The solicitation is for dressers and nightstands. Bidders must have an active MBE certification. Quotes must include delivery. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.

The City of San Marcos, Texas, is requesting bids for water and wastewater utility materials. Bids are due by February 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest cost. The owner anticipates an annual expenditure of $2,000,000. The contract will initially be for an initial three 3 year period which will automatically renewals for two 2 additional one-year renewal periods. Inquiries must be received by 5:00 PM local time, ten 10 business days prior to the bid due date. The vendor must provide a written warranty for equipment for a minimum of one 1 year to cover materials and labor. Deliveries will be scheduled and coordinated with the warehouse supervisor. The vendorcontractor will perform one hundred 100 percent of the work using their own personnel. If the vendorcontractor subcontracts any of the work to be performed, the owner reserves the right to declare the vendorcontractor unqualified to do the work, declare the contract null and void, and reaward the contract to the next lowest responsible bidder. The vendorcontractor will observe the same holiday schedule as the owner unless prior arrangements have been made with the owners representative for approval. The owner reserves the right to extend all of the terms, conditions, specifications, and unit or other prices of any contract resulting from this proposal to any and all public entities, subdivisions, school districts, community colleges, colleges, and universities. This is conditioned upon mutual agreement of all parties pursuant to special requirements which may be deleted from the original contract. The bidder will notify any governmental entity that wishes to use any contract resulting from this proposal that it must contact the city purchasing manager for approval of its utilization of the owners contract. The owner assumes no authority, liability, or obligation, on behalf of any other governmental entity that may use any contract resulting from this proposal. All purchases and payment transactions will be made directly between the successful bidder and the requesting entity. Any exceptions to this requirement must be specifically noted in the bid response. The owner reserves the right to terminate a contracts if the contractor is found in noncompliance. The owner reserves the right to direct the contractor to remove or replace any employee for just cause. The original contract price may not be increased by more than twentyfive percent 25. The original contract price may not be decreased by more than twentyfive percent 25 without consent of the contractor. The city will only consider rate modification at the time of the annual renewal. A request for price adjustment must be made in writing by the contractor prior to the annual renewal date. The adjustments requested must be solely for the purpose of accommodating changes in the contractors direct costs. Contractor shall provide an updated price listing once agreed to adjustments have been approved by the city. Such price adjustment will be based on an index from the bureau of labor standards bls.
