The US Fish and Wildlife Service requires deep well diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation services for nine deep wells at the Merced National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes diagnostics, well and pump repairs, rehabilitation, and electrical work. Quotes must be submitted via email by August 28, 2026, at 12:00 p. m. Pacific Time. Award will be based on the best value, considering experience, technical capability, and price. Site visits are available until August 25, 2026.
All contract work shall be completed no later than November 15, 2026, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the contracting officer.
Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system.
The contractor shall provide the standard commercial manufacturer warranty applicable to newly furnished equipment and materials.
Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the government, considering experience, technical capability, and price.
The government will evaluate the extent to which the quoter demonstrates recent, within the past five years, and relevant experience performing deep well maintenance and repair, well rehabilitation, pump repair or replacement, well redevelopment, well diagnostics, electrical work associated with well or pumping systems, or similar services.
Site visit is available for prospective quoters. Requests to attend shall be submitted by email to the contracting officer no later than close of business on August 25, 2026.
