Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. The solicitation is for four new inland river and intracoastal revetment barges. The barges must meet specific design standards, including ABS classification. The contract includes three phases: planning, scheduling, and engineering; construction and testing; and delivery. This is a sources sought announcement for the FY26 selected restricted availability (SRA) of the USS Iwo Jima LHD 7. The government is seeking responses from sources capable of performing pier-side maintenance, repair, and alterations from **** to **** with a current NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) should submit a Notice of Interest, including company information and contact details, to the specified email addresses. Interested small businesses and those without an MSRA/ABR should also submit a Notice of Interest, including a brief company description, capabilities, and answers to specific questions regarding company size, employees, website, past performance, organizational structure, and experience with similar complex systems.
