The government requests that questions shall be requested no later than 5 five working days after the issuance of the solicitation to allow the governments sufficient time to respond prior to the closing date. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its proposal firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of proposals. The government requires deliveries/services to commence within 14 days after issuance of a delivery/task order.

The menu items are subject to modification. The tribe's kitchen will be available for food preparation and cooking. Respondents will be responsible for recruiting helpers for preparation, serving, and cleaning. Access to the gymnasium and kitchen is available for the entire weekend of the event. Service should be planned for 600 guests at dinner and 100 guests at breakfast. Food costs are not to be included in the bid.
