This is an industry day for construction professionals interested in the International Falls Land Port of Entry project. The event will provide an overview of the project, including project team introductions, project scope, known challenges and constraints, and project impacts from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and Inflation Reduction Act. The Resilient MEo Missile Warning and Tracking (RMMWT) program is seeking qualified contractors for the management and integration of their ground system capabilities. The Statement of Capability (SOC) should demonstrate experience in software development, software integration, ground entry points, operations center management, cybersecurity, and cloud-based development. The SOC is due no later than February 27, 2025, 5:00 PM PST, submitted via email to the primary and secondary points of contact. Responses must be in Microsoft Word or PDF format. The government is not obligated to contract for any supply or service. There will be a GMI update brief on April 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Contractor shall furnish labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, travel, disposal fees, permits, supplies, and incidentals for door maintenance and repair services to Caltrans. This is a solicitation for the repair of controller, data entry equipment. The solicitation closes on 04/08/2025. The government requires a repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 74 days. Government source inspection (GSI) is required. Freight is handled by the Navy. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. The government intends to add an option quantity to the resultant contract. All pricing is firm. Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding. Include repair price with all costs associated with receipt and complete repair of material. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the government for all assets within the RTATs established in this contract. Return Material Authorization (RMA), if applicable, delivery vehicle if delivery order requested, beyond repair (BR) fee, if applicable, are also required. Additional documents, such as applicable documents, ordering information, and cage code reference numbers, are required. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, unless otherwise specified. Records of all inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract purchase order and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies. The contractor shall perform all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings. Packaging shall be in accordance with the contract purchase order schedule and as specified below. Mil Std **** packaging applies as found elsewhere in the schedule. Ordering information for document references, availability of cancelled documents, commercial specifications, standards, and descriptions, ordnance standards, weapons specifications, and Navord OSTD 600 pages, nuclear reactor publications, technical manuals, interim changes, and classified specifications are also required. Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item represented in this solicitation. Proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.
