Delivery lead time on all items will be 60 days ARO for the initial order and 30 days for all orders placed thereafter.

Payment will be made by UNICOR Central Accounts Payable. Invoices are to be mailed to PO Box ****, Lexington, KY **** or emailed to ***@***. *. * is subject to the Prompt Payment Act.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical and past performance, when combined, are equal to price.

Offerors must be registered in the SAM. gov system. Past performance will be evaluated to assess the offeror's willingness and ability to honor its contractual responsibilities.

Failure to maintain sufficient stock levels may be considered a failure to perform under the terms of this contract. Late delivery may result in termination for cause.

Offerors shall supply one finished sample of each item for inspection and review. Failure to provide and adequately identify your sample will result in your offer not being considered for award.

The deadline for submission of questions is Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 8am. No questions will be answered after this date.
