This is a non-
personal services contract for
refrigeration, reefer rental, and generation services supporting training events in Oahu from October 8, 2025, to November 24, 2025. The government will not supervise the service providers. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services. The contractor must remain flexible to changes in the periods of performance, quantities, and potential for the addition of services. The contractor's existing quality assurance system will be used. The contractor must inform the COR of issues or potential issues within two hours, followed by a written report within one day. The government will evaluate contractor performance according to the quality assurance surveillance plan. Work will be performed on US and host nation holidays during the normal workweek unless otherwise directed. The contractor shall maintain an adequate workforce at all times. The work will be performed on Oahu, including specific locations. Contractor personnel must not have been convicted of a felony and pass a criminal background check. Contractor activities must be conducted safely. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes and standards, including safety and occupational health requirements. The contractor shall have competent personnel trained and capable of dealing with minor personnel injuries. The contractor shall immediately notify their supervisor of any accident requiring emergency medical treatment. The contractor will, in turn, notify the KO and the requiring activity RA point of contact POC within 30 minutes of the incident. The contractor shall adhere to all host nation environmental laws. All contractor invoices shall be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) using contract line item numbers (CLINs). The contractor shall report all contractor labor hours, including subcontractor labor hours, via a secure data collection site (www. ***. *. *). All information provided by the contractor shall be accurate, complete, and not exceed suspense dates. The contractor shall comply with all listed reefer, servicing, maintenance, and delivery standards. The contractor shall conduct work in accordance with this PWS and all applicable US, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, provisions, and directives.
