Failure to meet time requirements (2-hour response, 48-hour service start) may be considered a failure to supply the city's needs, potentially leading to contacting a secondary seller. Misuse of chemicals can result in fines or penalties from the state department of agriculture. Failure to meet either the 2hour or 48hour time requirements will be considered as a failure of the primary seller to supply the full needs of the city and may result in the city contacting the secondary seller for the needed service.
