Demo all existing layers of SBS roof system and insulation down to the deck. Demo all existing edge metal and downspouts and scuppers and conductor heads and splash blocks. Provide new SBS roof system consisting of new cap sheet and base sheet over min 4. 5 inches or polyisocyanurate rigid insulation over existing deck. Existing metal deck is assumed to be undamaged. Existing roof top equipment and curbs shall remain. Flash around new and existing curbs. Raise curbs to accommodate increased insulation thickness. Provide new sealants and backer rods in all existing brick movement joints above roof. Provide new edge metal and downspouts.
