Sealed bids must be received by December 30, 2025, at 2:30 PM local time. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on December 5, 2025. Bidders must submit a bid bond. Questions must be submitted in writing by December 15, 2025. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The work must be completed within 60 calendar days after the commencement date. The city has established a minority/women business enterprise program (MWBE). The MWBE participation goal for this project is 5%.

The contract will be awarded to he lowest responsible bidder, price and other factors considered, provided their bid is reasonable and it is to the interest of the city to accept it.
Before a bid is considered for award, he bidder may be requested by the city to submit a statement of facts in detail as to their previous experience in performing similar or comparable work, and of their business and technical organization and financial resources and plant available to be used in performing the contemplated work.
The bidder further agrees that in case of failure on his part to execute the said contract and bond within 10 calendar days after written notice being given of the award of the contract, the check or bid bond accompanying this bid, and the monies payable thereon, shall be paid into the funds of the city of pensacola as delay day penalties for such failure otherwise, the check or bid bond accompanying the proposal shall be returned to the undersigned.
An optional site tour will immediately follow the prebid meeting.
