This is a two-year contract for Westbank concrete street maintenance. Bids must be submitted online via Jefferson Parish's eprocurement site by July 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM. More than one contract will be awarded per line item. The contracts to be awarded will be quote- based contracts. The agency will obtain quotes from the contractors prior to any work being done. Once the quotes have been provided, the most favorable quote will be added to the contract. The agency will then issue a Delivery Order to the vendor with the most favorable quote to initiate the work. No pricing will be submitted as part of this RFB process; however, the electronic bid system requires pricing to be entered for bid submission.
