The Near East South Asia Center (NESA) for Strategic Studies requires lodging support services for the senior executive seminar ****, taking place from April ****, 2025. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The contractor will provide accommodations for approximately 40 individuals, including 30 USG-funded and 10 self-pay rooms. Detailed room lists will be provided one day prior to the first planned arrival. Self-pay guests must reconfirm their reservations five days prior to arrival. The government has no financial liability for self-pay rooms. Specific terms and conditions for early check-in and late check-out will be included in the technical quote of the proposal. Invoices shall be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Restrictions include no costs for local/international phone calls, pay-per-view programs, minibar consumption, room service, or alcoholic beverages. All rooms must have outgoing phones and pay-per-view TV turned off, and minibars emptied. If a participant does not occupy a reserved room before 6:00 PM on the date of scheduled occupancy, the government will be charged for that day. The remaining days of the reservation will be canceled without additional charges to the government.

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking expressions of interest for operating services at the Kettle Falls Hotel and other facilities in Voyageurs National Park, starting in 2027. The RFEI is for planning purposes only and does not commit the government to a contract. Interested parties must submit a transmittal letter, a narrative of their ideas, and any relevant experience by June 30, 2025. A site visit is scheduled for May 21, 2025, and registration is required by April 30, 2025. The submission must not exceed 15 pages. The NPS will consider long-term occupancy arrangements (10 to 60 years). The use of federal land must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

This RFI seeks written submissions from qualified vendors regarding operational support for new and existing lodging facilities at Alabama State Parks. The RFI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a procurement. Vendors may focus on a single or all locations. Submissions should cover management and operations, staffing, guest experience, facility maintenance, financial management, and marketing. Responses are due Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Additional information about the facilities is available in Exhibit A and linked on the website.

The Town of Fairfield's Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals for the complete operation of a seasonal snack bar at Lake Mohegan. The snack bar is classified as a Class I itinerant food vending establishment, serving prepackaged foods and beverages. No preparation, cooking, or hot holding of potentially hazardous foods is allowed, except for heating and serving precooked, commercially packaged foods within 4 hours. The facility is located at 960 Morehouse Highway, Fairfield, CT.

This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the lease/rental of conference space and facilities for the CBP 2026 Trade and Cargo Security Summit, April ****, 2026. Vendors must submit a technical and separate price quote for the effort described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST, Thursday, April 17, 2025. The total fixed price value proposed shall represent all services, including conference meeting space for 1,300 attendees with food and beverage, logistical support, audio-visual equipment, and webcasting services for 3,000 virtual attendees.
