The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair services for all instrumentation. In the event of noncompliance with the clause addressing DEI discrimination, the contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended, and the contractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts. in the event of the contractors or a subcontractors noncompliance with this clause, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts
