This is a Sources Sought notice for audiology probe microphone measurement devices and accessories. Responses must include company information, socioeconomic status, and a capability statement. Responses are due by February 19th, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Questions should be addressed via email only.

The notice is a sources sought notice for shuttle drivers at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital. The government seeks information to determine market capacity and may set aside the requirement for small businesses. The period of performance is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with two option years. Responses are due by February 25, 2026, and must be emailed to the contract specialist. The contractor must provide four full-time equivalent (FTE) shuttle drivers. The contractor must provide all personnel to operate four government-owned, contractor-operated (GOKO) shuttles. The contractor must provide background checks and health immunizations. The contractor must provide monthly and quarterly reports. The contractor must provide a monthly report to the COR within the first seven calendar days of each month. The contractor must provide a quarterly report to the COR within the first seven calendar days of the month immediately following the end of the fiscal quarter. The contractor must submit monthly, in arrears, itemized invoices. The contractor must ensure contract personnel wear distinctive color/design uniforms. The contractor must provide a physical examination certificate for all contract personnel who will provide services 10 calendar days before beginning services under this contract. The contractor must provide a certificate of all training completion to the COR within 30 days of being assigned and on an annual basis based on the trainees birth month thereafter. The contractor must comply with the health and immunization requirements as stated herein at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter. The contractor must provide proof the contract employee has passed a standard drug screening test prior to employment and at any time deemed necessary by the KO/COR. A standard drug screening will be required within 24 hours of any vehicle accident involving the operation of a government vehicle. The contractor shall not employ or contract with any individual or entity to provide items or services that will be included in invoices submitted to the government under this contract if such person is listed on the department of health and human services hhs office of the inspector general oig list of excluded individuals and entities leie or the tricare sanctioned provider list. The contractor shall provide written notification to beneficiaries affected by the breach as soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days after the breach is discovered and the identities and addresses of the beneficiaries are ascertained.

Consultants must submit a work plan outlining how they will address each element of ODOD's CHIP requirements. The state CHIP grant application must be submitted to ODOD by June 20, 2026. All CHIP activities must be completed by February 28th, 2029. The county will evaluate the proposal based on a point system. Negotiations will begin with the top candidate selected. Consultants are invited to submit their response to the RFQ in a sealed envelope by 4:00 p. m. , Friday, February 6, 2026.
