The University of Hawaii is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of
vehicles for the Hawaii Community College. Bids must be submitted electronically through the state's electronic procurement system (HiEPRO) by 2:30 PM, May 21, 2025. Bidders must be registered on HiEPRO. Questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted electronically through HiEPRO by May 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM HST. Delivery of
vehicles must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date designated in the notice to proceed. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each item. Bidders must comply with all specifications and requirements, including tax liabilities, and may not include additional specifications, terms, or conditions in their bids. Requests for substitution must be submitted by May 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM HST. The
vehicles must meet all federal and state safety requirements. The contractor must provide operating and service manuals in either hard copy or electronic format. Prior to delivery, the contractor must obtain and deliver Hawaii safety inspection certificates, motor vehicle registration certificates, and odometer certificates. All prospective bidders who are interested in selling motor
vehicles to the university must provide proof that they meet the licensing requirements set forth in Chapter 437, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Payment will be made upon submission of a properly executed invoice indicating the contract number, to Hawaii Community College, attn: Sharyl Kasarskis, **** Manono Street, Hilo, Hawaii ****, no later than thirty 30 calendar days following receipt of invoice and acceptance of services, whichever is later.
