Solicitation for commercial products and commercial services for trauma and crime scene cleanup in multiple VA medical centers in Ohio. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor and disposal necessary to provide services. Vendor will have experience with trauma/crime scene cleanup, a training program for employees, a comprehensive list of chemicals used, a comprehensive employee safety and health plan, and 24/7 emergency response. All reports, documentation and manifests will be sent via email to the cor at the completion of work. The cor will perform quality assurance audits. The vendor is required to apply for and maintain all federal, state, and local permits. The contractor must perform a minimum of 51% of the entire contract without subcontracting. Invoices must be submitted electronically. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer system.

Specific vendor requirements include experience with trauma/crime scene cleanup, employee training, chemical use, safety plan, and 24/7 emergency response. Regulations governing the cleanup, including OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards and Ohio laws regarding disposal of regulated medical waste, apply. All reports, documentation, and manifests will be sent via email to the COR at the completion of work. Quality assurance audits will be performed. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Invoices must be submitted electronically. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference.

Notice to offerors/suppliers: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event of cancellation, the government has no obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs. Questions must be submitted to the point of contact and contracting officer no later than June 25, 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Quotes must be submitted via email to the point of contact and contracting officer no later than the established deadline. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to the due date.
