Questions and/or requests for clarification must be submitted by October 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. As stated: all questions andor clarifications can be sent at any time regarding this rfp to thepurchasing department until 9: 00 a. m. cst on october 13, 2026.

Installation delivery date is 29 Dec 2026, as stated: delivery on or before 1 job place of performance delivery date 29 dec 2026.

Payment will be made per the Prompt Payment Act, as stated: the government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 cfr ****.

The contractor warrants items are merchantable and fit for use, as stated: the contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The award was based on best value at the lowest fair and reasonable price, as stated: the government awarded a contract to a vendor that was determined to be technically capable providing the usg the best value at the lowest fair and reasonable price.

Interest applies to amounts payable by contractor not paid within 30 days, as stated: all amounts that become payable by the contractor to the government under this contract shall bear simple interest from the date due until paid unless paid within 30 days of becoming due.

Termination for cause may occur on default, as stated: the government may terminate this contract, or any part hereof, for cause in the event of any default by the contractor.

Cutover for this site shall be no more than 30 days. A cutover plan shall be submitted with the proposal, and a final plan provided no later than ten days after contract award.

Appropriate personnel shall possess the qualifications and certifications to perform the requirements listed herein, including those required by the original equipment manufacturer to maintain, install, and/or operate the equipment.

An organized site visit will be conducted on 07 October 2026 at 9:00 a. m. , central daylight time (CDT). Participation is limited to no more than 2 representatives from a company.
