Proposals are requested from qualified engineering, hydrogeological, and environmental consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive water resources and wastewater feasibility study for a proposed commercial development in Thoreau, New Mexico, located on Navajo Nation fee land. The study must comply with all applicable Navajo Nation, US EPA, and New Mexico state regulations. Proposals are due July 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM MDT, and must be submitted in hard copy (original and two copies) to the Eastern Regional Business Development Office. The contractor must comply with the mandatory government program for air travel, the city pair program (CPP). The contractor must offer the lowest available fare that complies with the agency's mission requirements and the mission travel policy. The contractor must also provide lodging reservation services, and endeavor to obtain government rates when available. The contractor must provide environmentally sustainable measures such as offering travelers the option to book train travel for trips under 250 miles to encourage carbon savings.

Kitsap County is seeking qualified applicants to operate a homelessness assistance program, consisting of a hotel/motel voucher program, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Funding comes from the Consolidated Homeless Grant Program (CHG). Proposals are due July 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT.
