The contractor is required to provide a static aircraft display of the C54 warbird at the Keesler AFB Thunder Over the Sound Air Space Show on October 31 and November 1-2, 2025. The government will provide lodging, food, transportation, fuel, oil, hangar space, and boarding stairs. This is a request for quotations for nationwide fingerprint services for CDC employees and contractors. The contract is a firm fixed-price purchase order for a five-year period, with a one-year base and 12-month options. The offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at ****, offeror representations and certifications commercial items, with its offer. The deadline for submission is July 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The government intends to evaluate the quote and award a delivery order without conducting discussions with the offeror. A written notice of award will be provided to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the quotation. The contract will be performed in all 50 states, including Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, and outside of a 50-mile radius of CDC headquarters in Atlanta. The contractor must establish a robust network capable of performing live-scan fingerprint collection across the United States, specifically targeting CDC personnel located in remote areas beyond a 50-mile radius from CDC headquarters in Atlanta or its nine field locations. The contractor must conduct on-site identity proofing of applicants to verify their identities and ensure compliance with security protocols. The contractor must have a secure system capable of protecting and safeguarding personnel identifiable information (PII) collected for identity proofing. The contractor must have a secure data center with experienced staff to provide customer service support. The contractor must obtain and maintain FBI certification. The contractor must have an operational channeler directly connected to the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DSCA). The contractor must have a 508-compliant website available in Spanish and English. The contractor must establish a registration process specific to CDC applicants that collects required demographic and biographic information required for the FBI criminal history check. Unclassifiable rejected fingerprints by the FBI must be flagged and re-submitted by the contractor at no charge to the applicant or CDC. The contractor shall provide all necessary supplies and equipment to conduct the fingerprint service. The contractor shall be required to maintain accurate and detailed records of all costs to CDC in respect to services performed. These records shall be available at all times for inspection and audit by CDC or their designated representatives. The contractor shall submit a statement, reflecting all fingerprint services performed, employee and payment history, if requested by CDC. The contractor shall invoice CDC on a monthly basis and invoices shall be forwarded to CDC for approval and payment. Invoices should include the applicants name and the city, state where the applicant was printed. The contractor shall maintain current records of all training, certifications, and licensing for each fingerprint system and certified staff trained to operate the system at each location iaw FBI certification standards and regulatory guidelines. CDC retains the right to inspect and review any and all of the records. In addition, the contractor shall submit to CDC, on an annual basis, a report that shows it is has maintained its certification to achieve proficiency in the operational support services identified within this scope of work. This report shall be in a letter format and include the latest certification held by the contractor. This letter shall be reviewed by the CDC contracting officers representative. The contractor will ensure the operating hours for each fingerprint facility are available to CDC personnel via a secure website. Changes in hours will immediately be reflected on the scheduling web site.
