The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) is seeking proposals for workplace investigation services to address allegations of misconduct. The scope includes investigating approximately 14 allegations, conducting initial interviews, assessing credibility, and producing a comprehensive investigation report. Offerors must have experience in workplace investigations, particularly for government employers in Hawaii. Proposals are due by July 2, 2026.
