JCSD is seeking proposals for professional services to modernize and standardize audiovisual systems across its facilities (Phase II). The scope includes design, installation, configuration, and training for various rooms (e. g. , Pinnacle Room, Board Room). Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 7, 2026. Selection is based on best value, considering understanding, experience, and cost reasonableness. A minimum one-year integration workmanship warranty is required.
