Structural work includes Attic slab framing, supports, and slab penetration reinforcement. Architectural work includes repair and modification of selected windows, revisions to windows for mounting of exhaust fans. Installation of a natural gas line to the RTU and electrical services to HVAC equipment. A new smoke evacuation system will be provided. The work of the Project is considered within the KSP security boundary. All work must be performed in a sequenced effort coordinated with the KSP.
