Contractor to provide trained border collies to herd geese at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. Services include up to 2 visits per day for 7 days per request, estimated 40 weeks per year. Egg depredation using corn oil may be required. Site visit scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM, strongly suggested. Questions due by October 7, 2026. Quotes due October 16, 2026. Firm fixed price contract. Service Contract Labor Standards apply. Contractor must comply with VA facility requirements including badging and fingerprinting.
Service is provided upon notification, up to two times per day for seven days. each time service is required, contractor shall, upon notification, provide border collie services up to two (2) times per day for seven (7) days.
Invoices submitted electronically by the 10th of the following month. contractor shall submit an electronic invoice by the tenth (10th) of the following month services were performed.
Contractor warrants items are merchantable and fit for use. the contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
Contractor must have established business with full-time staff and trained personnel. contractor and any subcontractor shall have established businesses, with an office and full-time staff.
Failure to provide reports delays invoice payments. failure to provide written reports shall result in delay of invoice payments.

Failure to comply with facility requirements is a material breach. failure to comply with these requirements shall be considered a material breach of this contract and may be a violation of federal law.
