MESF High Risk Training - MESF requires support services Subject Matter Experts experienced in specialized Maritime Expeditionary Security Force skills and operations in order to primarily execute High Risk Training in the course of training and creating curriculum for MES
performance work statementhighrisk training and instructor, and learning standards officer support services The contractor shall provide a total of ten 10 fulltime equivalents ftes to fully meet the requirements of this pws. The staffing shall be structured as follows: 1 one 1 fte designated as the highrisk training instructor hrti onsite program lead, responsible for overall coordination, oversight, and management of all contracted hrti support activities. 2 one 1 fte designated as the learning standards officer lso, responsible for maintaining and evaluating the quality of instruction, administrative policies, instructor qualifications, and curriculum standards. 3 eight 8 ftes designated as qualified highrisk training instructors hrti, structured by specialty as follows: a five 5 maritimequalified hrtis. b three 3 groundqualified hrtis, proficient in embarked security, aircraft security, and position defense training.
