The tender requires the contractor to perform electrical, carpet tile removal, HVAC, UPS, fiber optic cabling, and communication rack installation work at Yokota Air Force Base, Bldg. 650, Japan. The contractor must remove and dispose of existing items, install a raised floor, and install various electrical, communication, and environmental systems. The work must comply with specific technical standards (ANSI/TIA/EIA, NEC, etc. ). The contractor must have at least three years of experience in construction, network cabling installation and/or maintenance and testing. A mandatory site visit is required, and the contractor must coordinate all aspects of the project with the site point of contact (POC). The period of performance is 12 months after contract award. The contractor must provide a commercial warranty for two years.
