If it is determined by the medical legal review that the standard of care has not been met, or there is substantial evidence of negligence, the contract may be terminated. The government also retains the right to request removal of contractor employees whose actions conflict with government interests.
Anderson County is seeking proposals for playground structure design services for a new park in the Claxton community. The budget is estimated between $300,000 and $500,000. The awarded firm will be responsible for designing the park equipment and green space, and creating and administering the playground construction bid. The design must incorporate community feedback.
