This notice seeks feedback from qualified businesses on potential regional maps for future ACI contracts for debris management services. Interested businesses are invited to review attached map options, indicate their preference, and submit a brief explanation of their reasoning. They may also submit an alternate map. A capability statement and/or the attached questionnaire are also welcome. The initial response deadline is June 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM CDT, with responses accepted until June 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM CDT. Responses are voluntary and will not be compensated. A solicitation is not yet available.

Interested businesses are requested to submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 5 pages, single-spaced, 12-point font) demonstrating their ability to perform the requirements for flight management system (FMS) navigation database software subscription services compatible with the E-2D. The statement must include company profile, employee count, small business status (SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), WOSB, VOSB, or SDB), prior corporate experience performing similar requirements within the last three years (including contract numbers, organizations supported, prime/subcontractor roles, contract values, and government point of contact), ability to provide the database software subscription services, and verification of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) Type 2 from the FAA. The US Army is seeking information from industry to assist with the follow-on procurement of the 2-Channel Leader Radio. Interested parties must submit responses in PDF format by July 3, 2025, 4:00 PM EST. Responses should address specific areas of interest, including feedback on draft documents, the suitability of the acquisition strategy, minimum production quantities, economic ordering quantities, high-failure repair spare parts, program schedules, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant statutes and policy memoranda. One-on-one sessions may be offered to discuss white papers. All submissions must be unclassified. Vendors must be current DOD contract holders and provide their CAGE code, DOD contract number, DD Form ****, and JCP number. A data non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a controlled unclassified information (CUI) NDA are also required.

This solicitation is for a new NI PXIe system for a testbed controller. The system must meet minimum specifications, including a 9-slot PXI Express chassis, a multicore processor (minimum 8 cores), and specific FPGA, IO, and high-speed digital modules. Delivery must be FOB destination within 10 weeks of order receipt. NIST is a controlled-access facility, so delivery personnel must be US citizens or permanent residents. The government reserves the right to perform performance tests and evaluations. The contractor is responsible for latent defects discovered after final inspection. Payment is net 30 days upon receipt and acceptance of a proper invoice. Responses must include clear and convincing evidence of the offeror's capability of fulfilling the requirement, sufficient information to establish bona fide capabilities, and a firm fixed price quotation. The USDA, Southern Research Station, is seeking grounds maintenance services. A site visit is scheduled for May 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM Central Time at the Harrison Experimental Forest. The contract is for one base year with four option years. Performance will be monitored through monthly and random inspections, review of contractor quality control documentation, employee feedback, and analysis of results.
