This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, for identifying qualified sources for an anticipated firm fixed contract to obtain OEM rudder, stern tube, and propulsion parts for the Tao 187 class vessels. Interested businesses must submit a capability statement outlining their company profile, small business standing, ability to provide the listed parts, and intent of subcontracting. Responses are requested via email by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on August 26, 2025. The anticipated delivery date for the parts is February 13, 2026. Delivery will be to either Norfolk, VA or San Diego, CA. The specific delivery location will be disclosed upon award.

Sealed bids are invited for a skidded mix tank and linear motion shaker. Bids are due August 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM, and will be opened on August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Detailed specifications are available online. Bidders must submit two sets of documents, one original and one copy. Questions must be submitted by August 22, 2025. The successful vendor must send a representative with binding authority to the Brownsville Public Utilities Board upon request. All items must be new and in first-class condition. Payment will be via ACH direct deposit. A W9 or W8 form is required. The Brownsville Public Utilities Board is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes. Failure to sign the bid will disqualify it. Additional documents, such as debarment certificates, legal notices, ethics statements, conflict of interest questionnaires, W9 or W8 forms, direct deposit forms, residence certification forms, bid schedules, cost sheets, cashier checks or bid bonds, OSHA 300 logs, contractor prebid disclosures, subcontractor prebid disclosures, references, and previous customer reference worksheets, are required. The bid schedule includes vendor work on the bid from August 11, 2025 to August 27, 2025, bid submission on August 27, 2025, bid opening on August 28, 2025, bid evaluation from August 29, 2025 to September 19, 2025, final recommendations on September 22, 2025, and approval by the utilities board on October 13, 2025. The delivery location is the Brownsville Public Utilities Board, **** FM 511, Olmito, Texas 78575. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.

Sealed bids for rebid of GE parts for Silas Ray power plant unit 10 will be received by the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) until 5:00 PM on August 27, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened on August 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Vendors must submit two sets of bid documents. Questions regarding terms, conditions, and technical specifications should be directed to the BPUB purchasing department. The BPUB reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Payment will be via ACH direct deposit. A W9 or W8 form is required for all vendors. The BPUB is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes. Failure to sign the bid will disqualify it. The BPUB has the right to reject, rebid, accept, and/or extend the bid by up to two weeks from the original submission date if only one or no bid is received. Delivery of materials will only be accepted during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. A delivery ticket and packing list must be furnished with each delivery.

Sealed bid for two township mowers (Scag 72 Cheetah II or comparable). Bids must be marked, include specifications, warranty, pricing, delivery schedule, and references. Bids must be received by August 27th, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Bedford Township Government Center. Bidders must provide familial disclosure information in compliance with MCL **** and attach it to the bid proposal. The proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the bidder's owner or employees and members of the Bedford Township board or employees of the Monroe County Library System. All bids must remain firm for a minimum of 60 days. The township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
