The quotation submission deadline is 10:00 a. m. ET on May 28, 2026.

Award will be made utilizing a best value tradeoff (BVTO) methodology, where the government may elect to award to other than the lowest priced or highest technically rated quoter.

Only vendors certified as a small business firm are invited to submit quotations. The requirement is a competitive total small business set aside for SBA certified firms under NAICS code ****.

All questions must be submitted by 10:00 a. m. ET on May 26, 2026.

Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered for award. Non-conformance with terms and conditions may result in an unfavorable evaluation or removal from consideration. Any exceptions to the terms and conditions must be clearly identified and explained, as the government reserves the right to deem any quotation containing exceptions unacceptable.

The bid notice states that a site visit and conference instruction is included in this supplemental notice.

The contract duration will be 365 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
