Conference Services Government Bids & RFPs

Respondents shall address their ability to provide conference hotel services for the T-7A in accordance with AFI **** and in accordance with items listed in paragraph 4. Respondents shall also address their experience in providing conference hotel support for complex aircraft systems, in-depth knowledge of T-7 systems and subsystems, and the ability to obtain minimum data requirements. The response should be concise and clearly demonstrate an ability to individually meet the stated requirements above.

The 2026 Black Hat Conference is scheduled for August 1 through August 6, 2026. The requirement allows for time to assemble the exhibit booth prior to the conference and time to dismantle the exhibit booth after the conference.

The period of performance is from July through November 2026, with specific dates for the career fairs on July 18, 2026, September 19, 2026, and November 7, 2026. The period of performance is from july through november2026.

Offers will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price.
