The US Coast Guard is requesting quotations for various diesel engine parts. The closing date for quotes is April 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. This tender solicits quotes for repairs on a Coast Guard cutter boat. The work must be conducted within 100 miles of Coast Guard Base Seattle. The preferred completion date is Thursday, May 8th, 2025. Vendors must have an active registration in SAM. gov. Payment terms are net 30, and invoicing must be processed through the Ipp. gov platform. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to the PO issuing office. Additional documents, technical publications, and drawings are available from the Coast Guard. The contractor is responsible for providing all special tools, materials, labor, and parts for the overhaul. The contractor must submit a CFR for any corrective maintenance required by diagnostic. The contractor must provide the services of a certified technical representative familiar with the OEM. The contractor shall adhere to environmental protection requirements in accordance with the SFLC standard specifications. The contractor shall handle all interferences in accordance with SFLC standard specification ****, paragraph 3. 3. 5 interferences. The Coast Guard will provide transportation of the cutter boat to the contractor's facility. The government may elect to conduct periodic inspections at the contractor's facility. The contractor shall furnish and install all protective coverings to seal off and protect all non-affected vessel components, equipment, and spaces in the vicinity of the work area against contamination during the performance of work. Upon completion of work, the contractor shall remove all installed protective measures, inspect for the presence of contamination, and return all contaminated equipment, components, and spaces to original condition of cleanliness.

Sealed bids must be received in the Callaway County Commission office no later than 11:00 AM on April 11, 2025. The bid number must be indicated on the outside of the envelope. Only one bid per envelope. The Callaway County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
