Madison County is soliciting bids for pre-made signs. Bids are due by 2:30 PM on July 21, 2026. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. All invoices submitted to Madison County must include company name and address, invoice number, order number, quantity of items purchased and shipped, description of items shipped, and item price. Invoices shall not include any fees, warranties, or charges other than the prices or labor rates quoted.
All Type XI **** or equivalent items shall have a 15-year warranty. All Type VIII **** or equivalent items shall have a 7-to-10-year life warranty.
Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. This determination may involve factors such as price, conformity to specifications, availability of repair parts, delivery or turnaround times, ability to meet timeframes, and compatibility.
Vendors must be qualified to provide pre-made signs. They must possess all licensure and permits required by federal, state, county, and city governments and have valid certifications and/or training to provide the goods or services listed.
Bids may be rejected for reasons including failure to utilize bid forms, failure of E-Verify enrollment, lack of notarized signatures, incomplete bids, evidence of collusion, unauthorized alterations, or failure to submit required documents.
