The period of performance is no later than 30 days after receipt of order.

The government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.

To be considered for award, offers must be a small business for the services being requested, demonstrate evidence of past performance on similar projects and any certifications necessarily to completing the requirements.

The field inspection support must be completed by the end of November 2026.

The selected vendor will be paid on a per-site basis.

The award will be based on price (50%), prior experience (25%), and project scheduling (25%).

Proposals should include a cover letter, a brief understanding of the project scope, an organizational chart and/or staff listing of employees that will be in direct charge of the project, examples of inventory projects of similar scope, and a draft schedule.
