The contractor shall engineer, furnish, install, and test a secure video teleconference suite for Building 23, Room 233 at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This includes providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials. The system must support both NIPRNET and SIPRNET operations and integrate with specified government-furnished equipment. The contractor is responsible for engineering design, installation, testing, and providing user and system maintainer training. A three-year warranty is required for all contractor-provided equipment, parts, and installation workmanship. Deliverables include as-built drawings, configuration management information, training materials, and an administrator's binder. The period of performance is 90 days after contract award.
The period of performance for this requirement shall be ninety 90 days after date of contract award. All work, including installation, training, testing, and acceptance must be completed within this timeframe.
The contractor shall provide a three 3 year warranty for all contractor-provided equipment, parts, and installation workmanship, commencing on the date of final government acceptance. All hardware/software provided shall be new and include a twenty-four 24 month warranty.
The contractor is solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient personnel are assigned to this contract and that all personnel are experienced and qualified to perform the tasks associated with this requirement. Evidence of training, experience, qualifications, and certifications, and security clearances of onsite/offsite personnel shall be provided.
The contractor shall process a site visit request letter. This letter shall identify the names, social security numbers or other unique identifier depending on the person's country of citizenship, drivers license numbers and state of issue, and date of birth of the personnel who will be performing on this requirement.
