Payment is processed after receipt of invoice and receiving report. If the original invoice and receiving report are received by the invoice clerk by 11:00 a. m. on Fridays, payment will be processed for the following second monday.

If the health department is missed being cleaned, the awarded vendor will not be paid for that evening. Deficiencies must be corrected promptly at no additional cost.

Vendors must have suitable qualifications and experience. Cog is soliciting competitive sealed submissions from vendors having suitable qualifications and experience providing services in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFP.

Proposals not submitted by the deadline or not accompanied by required originals will be rejected. Any proposals that are not submitted by the submittal date, or that are not accompanied by the number of completed and signed originals by this RFP, will be rejected by cog as nonresponsive due to material failure to comply with advertised specifications.
